Superb design, Nice to see a more traditional dark blue with a white V.

I think the away shirt is also a big improvement. Please tell me that the away kit will be available for kids, even if only in a limited number.

The home shirt looks ok, I just wish it didnt have the "Chinese" style numbers on the back (looks a bit faddy to me).
Can't say I like the away shirt much, I'd prefer a more traditional red with white V.
Can't say I like the look of the Beach Tee shirts either.

Nice to see the Raiders logo on the shirt as well as the coat of arms.

All the leagues will carry the same style font that we are required to but through the same supplier as the SL so chinese is off the menu.

The flaming ball logo will replace the crest leaving room on the right brest.

This is only a presentation on the colour schemes - take no notice of the rest of the info because it is all changing.

Your opinion proves that we all have different tastes as most of the coments recieved from sponsors are that they loved the away shirt. More because sometimes the design of the away kit is not thoughtoff as much as the home one is so it is pleasing to see something different.

The rest of the presentation is a representation of player gear - not the publics. Some will be available but not all - they are warm up gear and training equipment ideas.

I think the home kit looks great and the away design aint too shabby either. Will there be replicas available in time for Santa ??

I'm glad about the 'takeaway' numbers being replaced by something readable from further than 10 yards away !! I guess the sponsorships will have to be jigged around if player names are required on the back of the shirt.

Does this mean there will be no coat of arms on the shirt? If so, some people will be unhappy about that.

I mentioned in a thread about shirts 2 years ago about replacing the coat of arms with the (then) new logo and people went crazy!!!!

We are looking to get them in by Xmas but the goalposts keep changing. There is no logo for the league yet.

There will be no coat of arms on the shirt. We are now called Barrow Raiders with a catchy logo which is our identity. I did ask a few traditionalists prior to the suggestion and all were in favour of moving with the times.

The Coat of Arms IMO should form an integral part of the identity of Barrow Raiders. Most Super League teams have maintained their historical roots whilst at the sametime rebranding themselves.

Most Super League clubs promote their logo and not their Coat of Arms these days. Maybe the Coat of Arms could figure on the shorts.

It says at the top of this thread that it is the right-hand one. That's the one I actually prefer, but taste is a funny thing !!

As a Barrovian I am proud of the coat of arms, which is one of the most distinctive in the country.

In the past it was used for special games like cup finals.

I hope that at the very least we will use it when we reach our next final.

Joking aside Jon, the NR Cup is a competition we have a real chance in now.
